The Camber dredging update: 24 February

It’s been a good start to the routine dredging work in The Camber this week. Our contractors, ML Dredging, have delivered their flat top barge, long reach excavators, work boat and safety boat to the site, and work has commenced.

All vessels previously within The Camber have been relocated to Haslar and Premier Marina Gosport. The temporary system for fishermen to be able to offload their catch is now in place, you can find out more about it by reading the local notice to mariners here.

There is no late night working planned for the coming week (25 Feb – 3 Mar).
