Portsmouth Takes You There

MS Astor is described by new Australian owners Cruise and Maritime Voyages as a 4* international ship in traditional style, offering an intimate cruising experience and the highest standards of service. Astor joined the CMV fleet in 2014.

Her small size means she can visit local attractions and significantly more ports of call with far more convenience than larger vessels, and she has a special flair reflected in her deluxe suites and larger-than-average cabins.

After a £10 million refurbishment in 2010 her wide range of public facilities includes the very impressive Waldorf Restaurant, described as one of the nicest dining rooms at sea. A more informal alternative is the sun-drenched Übersee Club Bistro.

The theatre-style Astor Lounge offers sparkling entertainment from the highly acclaimed show team while the elegant Captain's Club is the perfect venue for pre-dinner cocktails with the resident pianist. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a whirlpool and, in keeping with her heritage, a traditional walk-around promenade deck.
