We are part of the Solent Freeport, an area designated by the government that allows businesses to benefit from incentives to encourage economic growth and support jobs in the local area.

Within the port we have a custom site, which enables tariff-free movement of goods for both export and import through simplified customs procedures. Our partner Portico runs the site on our behalf and is known as a Customs Site Operator (CSO).

A tax site also located at the nearby Dunsbury Park, a large business park off the A3.

This is much-wanted news for the region as it provides opportunities for job creation through encouraging businesses to develop and grow.
