Terminal and port facilities


Ceanos convenience store is located within the ground floor of the terminal.

The store stocks a wide range of essential travel items, alongside snacks and beverages. Hot drinks are also available.

Food and drink

Ceanos cafe is based in the upstairs area of the terminal in comfortable surroundings.

It has a fantastic elevated position where you can watch the comings and goings of the ships and ferries.

Internet access

Free wi-fi is available, just search for ‘MyCity Wifi’ in the terminal building.

Baby changing

We have a parent/baby changing room available for use.

Left luggage

The facility is open 0530-2359, and luggage cannot be left overnight. £5 per item. Please head to the security desk to enquire about left luggage.

First Aid and Defibrillators

Defibrillators are available throughout the port, and first aid trained staff are always available.

Pets at the port

Pets are not allowed in the terminal building, with the exception of guide dogs.

Water refill station

We have a water bottle refill station, located in the terminal to the left of the stairs to the first floor.

Currency exchange

If you need foreign currency, No1 Currency is located in Portsmouth City Centre on Commercial Road. They also offer a Click & Collect service where you can reserve your travel money online and pay on collection in-store. Find out more.

Electric car charging

The port has two Instavolt 50kW DC electric vehicle (EV) rapid charging stations, situated opposite the terminal building. The stations offer simple, contactless payment with no connection charge and no subscription – just tap your payment card to start the charge and pay for what you use.
