The UK's best connected port

Great discoveries start here

Terminal and port facilities

The terminal building is open for passengers, and the shop and the café are opening for longer as passengers return.

To protect you and our staff we’ve put special measures in place across the port. Find out more.

We’d encourage you continue to wear a face covering in the terminal building, to protect our staff and other passengers.

Ceanos convenience store is located within the ground floor of the terminal.

The store stocks a wide range of essential travel items, alongside snacks and beverages. Hot drinks are also available.

Food and drink

Ceanos cafe is now open, based in the upstairs area of the terminal in comfortable surroundings.

It also has an open air terrace, where you can watch the comings and goings of the ships and ferries.

Internet access

Free wi-fi is available, just search for ‘MyCity Wifi’ in the terminal building.

Baby changing

We have a parent/baby changing room available for use.

Left luggage

Our left luggage facility is currently closed, however we plan to re-open this in the coming weeks.

First Aid and Defibrillators

Defibrillators are available throughout the port, and first aid trained staff are always available.

Pets at the port

Pets are not allowed in the terminal building, with the exception of guide dogs.

Water refill station

We have a water bottle refill station, located in the terminal to the left of the stairs to the first floor.

Electric car charging

The port has two Instavolt 50kW DC electric vehicle (EV) rapid charging stations, situated opposite the terminal building. The stations offer simple, contactless payment with no connection charge and no subscription – just tap your payment card to start the charge and pay for what you use.
