Any formal complaints that we determine to be a breakdown of the service we provide will be processed in accordance with Portsmouth City Council’s complaints policy, which can be found here.

Please note that we are unable to deal directly with complaints relating to other parties or contractors working at the port such as:

  • Ferry and cruise ship operations
  • Complaints relating to statutory bodies
  • Buses operating within the port
  • Catering and other shops

However, we will ensure your complaint is passed to the appropriate organisation to deal with and will monitor progress.
