'With regret’ Portsmouth International Port will not progress building a live animal facility, following agreement at today’s council’s Cabinet meeting.
The port has now submitted their air quality and carbon action plan to the Department of Transport, which was approved by Portsmouth City Council’s cabinet in December 2020.
